Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and beautifully decorated like the rest of the hotel, overlooked a central well, resulting in a noisy environment with disturbances like early room service and corridor noise. The lack of comfort in the minimally equipped rooms was noticeable. The service, on the other hand, was wonderful, with the staff always available and friendly, providing fast and efficient assistance. The location right in the center was convenient and serene, offering a brilliant experience overall.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were very quiet, but a bit too dark with all the dark wood furniture. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, from arranging room changes to late check-outs. The location was exceptional, right in the city center. The dining experience was really good with a great range of choices. The facilities were well-maintained, with great attention to detail.
The hotel is ideally located close to the main square, offering a relaxing and beautifully designed atmosphere. The rooms are quiet with a spacious ensuite bathroom, though some noise from the surroundings can be heard at times. The dining experience may not meet expectations, but the location is perfect for exploring the old town.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spotless and comfortable but lacked certain amenities and a working thermostat. The service was super helpful, especially when booking activities. The location was incredible, close to the city center but with some design flaws. The dining experience was good overall, but the pricing seemed a bit high for what was offered.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town, just moments away from the main square with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The rooms were clean and well-kept, though a bit lacking in higher-end amenities like baths and external views. The service was friendly but could be more efficient, especially when it came to making reservations. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a mix of European buffet items. Overall, a great value for the fantastic location and decent facilities.
I was amazed by the luxurious and spacious rooms that featured a dressing room and an exceptionally generous ensuite bathroom. The noise disturbance from room service, people in the corridor, and upstairs was a downside, but the stunningly huge bedroom, sitting lounge, and bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath were truly impressive.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautiful, perfect if you appreciate a vintage design with a modern twist. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with day trips and even providing me with a large packed lunch. The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything, but the dining experience, although good, seemed a bit overpriced compared to other options in the area.
