lovely stay in a prime location!

I appreciated the hotel's perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities. the location proved ideal, offering easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, providing amazing views, where i enjoyed lovely drinks. It was good. the swimming pool's unique design also stood out as a particularly cool feature, and i enjoyed it .
the room lighting was a bit dim, but it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

The hotel gym featured modern equipment, including multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. It was quite spacious. the spa services included a salt cave and sauna. i found these areas super clean.

the hotel staff displayed very nice friendliness and attentiveness during my entire stay, always ready to assist. the kitchen accommodated my requests, which i really valued, and they were very attentive. i found that the junior staff showed a genuine interest in interacting with guests.

The double room was spacious and well-designed, providing ample space for relaxation. It was very clean. i particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches, which really enhanced my experience. the room also included complimentary chocolates, a nice surprise.

the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it featured a vast array of high-quality options, including hot dishes cooked to order. the cocktails at the hotel bar were also really good and were made skillfully. i liked the quality of the food.

incorrect ordercold pool
The room service really missed the mark , the order was wrong. I expected more care for a premium stay. ALSO , the pool was SO cold that I couldn't even use it. It was a letdown since I booked this place FOR the pool.

I found the pool area quite fabulous. I liked that it felt so calm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful.
The curtains in our room did not block out the light. I found that the sun woke me up quite early. The duvet was too small for the bed. I missed having a top sheet.

I encountered a couple of issues . The street outside was noisy. I found sleep nearly impossible. The staff didn't offer much help in resolving this, and the noise persisted even after requesting a room change!
